DOS Emporium is seeking experienced cafe operators to rent our existing boutique cafe, Emporium Espresso. Emporium Espresso was locally designed to be a high end cafe experience.
This rare opportunity offers a fully equipped cafe with all amenities and equipment provided, including allocated seating areas inside and outside with tables, chairs and umbrellas also included. The lease operator will be a stallholder within the DOS Emporium and will work closely with the owners of DOS Emporium.
We require someone who is an experienced barista with great food skills. The lease operator must be a highly motivated person with exceptional customer service skills, willingness to work hard and ready to take on an entrepreneurial opportunity.
At DOS Emporium, we strive to maintain the highest level of cleanliness throughout all aspects of our business and require the same for Emporium Espresso. Our boutique cafe is a well established, successful cafe with small overheads at an affordable leasing expense. This small business opportunity is a walk in, dream come true.
Requirements
- Cafe Experience required - minimum 3-5 years
- Trained Barista with latte-art experience
- Cafe must be open six days a week (closed Mondays and public holidays)
- Ability to operate a cafe and manage a small team
- Will need to hold workers compensation and public liability insurance
- Lease operator to have one staff member as a registered food and safety officer
- Emporium Espresso cafe name, style and branding is avaliable to use
- Welcome to use your own existing cafe branding if prefered (approved by DOSE)
- All marketing and social media must be approved by DOSE
- All staff must be presentable, reliable and efficiant
- Term of agreement is minimum 6 months, commencement date 1/09/2025
