Returns Policy
Designer Op Shop Emporium will happily provide a refund for any items purchased that are deemed faulty. We provide an exchange for change of mind within 14 days of purchase providing proof of purchase. Items valid for exchange must be in the same condition as purchased. As DOS Emporium is a collective group of small businesses, your exchange is valid only for the stallholder the item was purchased from.
